Collision team are rain-checking the revision of repair. So they said it’s possible when service has a loaner available which won’t be until approximately end of May 😑

Worst service. I wish there was any negative ranking Took my car for 6+ months. 3 months for service department and 3 for collision department. Service department had to fix a charging issue with my MachE which was from the day 1 it was a manufacturing fault which i reported before the accident ever happened. For that they replaced my whole battery saying it will fix the issue and also instead of covering it through my warranty they billed it to me. Now I finally got my car and the charging issue is still there. 3 months + $7000 for battery + charges for rental car i got in that time + fuel (which i shouldnt coz i bought electric car for exact reason to save fuel) And this all for literally nothing at all

Had some paint chips touched up and they didn't look good at all. The main repair (front bumper) was just fine. The app that shows progress was not accurate and I was told we would be getting update calls, but I had to call to get progress reports!
