I did not receive timely updates on the status of my job. There was a late possibility that my car would not be finished within the 10 business days although it did get finished. Customer service needs to include setting a timeline and making sure it is followed given the long period of time you ask to have the car. Ideally, the process would be more efficient so the duration could be shortened.

Took 2 weeks to repair 2 tail lights. Once truck was given back, tailgate still had screws missing and at which I explained when dropped off that they were missing from the thief’s who took my tail lights.

First service rep in body shop was a 1. Then he was gone. Second service rep was a 10 and excellent. It’s all about communication and following through on when they say they are going to get back to customer. And second note: saying you need a car for 2 weeks to get recall work done is a punishment on the customer that the customer shouldn’t have to bear.
