I chose Ford for collision repair through others that were provided thru ST. Farm insurance. I felt like they would have better access for parts etc.

I enjoyed working with Glen. He even provided me with his cell phone to communicate with him more easily. FYI - The automated text I received the first few weeks were worthless in my opinion. I feel like Ford should have designated team to provide up to date information to clients that are having repair work.
