Repair work looks great. The only reason it’s not a 10 is that following being rear-ended rather firmly I was only able to open my glove box once and then it got stuck. I think the glovebox issue is related but I certainly understand it’s difficult to make the connection to being struck rather firmly in the rear. But, the rear end work looks really good.

I left several messages, at least three days in a row, requesting a call back because we had questions when we saw the repair requirements. Never got a return phone call! My husband finally drove 40 min to the shop to find someone to answer our questions. That was not acceptable customer service in our book. This was second repair with your shop. First one was last summer and the customer service was excellent.

I knew it was going to be a problem when Johnny kept calling my Tucson a "Tuck-son". Never received any updates and they blew 2 prior completion dates. I had to keep calling to get info on when it was going to be ready. The customer service was NON-EXISTENT

Johnny was very professional and made my repair process way smoother than expected, he also finished a day early and was super friendly. I was extremely satisfied and super glad I chose Planet Ford for the repairs of my car. I had a 2012 Focus before my current car and used to come here sometimes for a few repairs and remember you guys doing a good job, glad to see quality remains just as good as ever. Will be a returning customer if circumstances demand it
