Repair itself was good… Communication during was very bad. I had to call and check on updates. I was given a completion date from the beginning of 11/21. I heard nothing until I called on 11/20 (Thursday) to make sure I was good to come the next day. Becky said it wasn’t ready and that “just minutes before” the shop let her know something was broken. She assured me it would be ready for pick up on Monday. I arrived Monday around 12pm and was told she wasn’t there and my car was not ready. I live an hour away so 2 hours of wasted trip. She called me on Tuesday to tell me it would be tight, but it would be ready on Wednesday evening. We arrived Wednesday around 5pm, car looked amazing, but when we got in it, the AC was not working. She took it to the back and came out to let us know it was not properly QC’ed because of the “rush” to get it to me, so the AC was not checked. They then had to cycle through it/ test it multiple times (which is apparently normal). That took 2 hours. We did not leave planet ford until 7:40pm that evening. Car is running good and looks great. Repair was a 10, service was a 5.

I was very satisfied with the work that Plant Ford Collisions center did on my car. I was also treated with very much respect from the minute I walked into the collision center with the receptionist to the day I got my car back. I had dropped off my car on Monday and as promised I got my car back that Friday. 10 is very well deserved for this service.
