I would not recommend planet ford based on my recent experience. I brought my car in for repairs and was told the work would take no more than two weeks. It has now been over a month, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor — I’ve had to constantly reach out for updates, and when I do, I receive vague or inconsistent answers. There has been no clear timeline or accountability for the delay. At this point, the experience has been stressful and disappointing. I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead, I’ve received nothing but broken promises and wasted time. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution before doing business here.

The repair was overall pretty good. I still see some small scuffs on the plastic step. The plastic also does not line up flawless like it was before the accident.
