The repair job was fine, but I'm not at all happy with the communication process. I was told my car would be ready on 9/16, but when I called that morning to arrange pickup, I was told it wouldn't be ready until 9/22. Since I had no advance notice, I had made commitments that I couldn't cancel, and had to take several Ubers to get where I needed to go. Then when I called for my car on 9/22, I was told it would be ready the next day. Same thing on 9/23 and 9/24. I had to call each time; no one called me. I finally got it on 9/25, nine days after it was originally promised. I initially got texts keeping me updated on status, but those stopped long before 9/16. Overall, I thought the communication about the status of my car was terrible.
