This says a lot.... my father owned a Ford dealership for over 50 years..... you all had my 2017 Ford Expedition for 3 months before fully determining the broken part would never come in. Then decided to fix the broken part... I have had my car back a week and now the check engine light is on. Body shop turned us over to Service... who says they are very backed up.... here we go again.

I received texts sometimes with 2 or 3 weeks passing..... many times we had to initiate. We ended up having to pay for a rental car for 2 months

Where do I begin? This was my first experience through this whole repair process and I can honestly say I had such a peaceful experience. First, the customer service is amazing! The fact that the team is so nice and welcoming makes a stressful process less stressful. Second, the communication exceeded my expectations. I was able to leave on a trip and just felt confident that my car was in good hands. The team texted me everyday to keep me up to date on the process and they were transparent with everything that was going on. Finally, my car looks amazing!!! It looks like nothing happened. I’m so grateful for this team for making the experience so much better all while making sure that every detail of my car was taken care of. I will recommend this body shop and team to any of my friends/family that find themselves in need of a body shop. So grateful, thank you for everything!
