Brad is great! He is very patient and willing to go the extra 10 miles to help his customers out. He spent a great deal of time speaking with me on the phone and helping me to figure out what to do after my car had been hit. He definitely did not need to spend as much time advising me as he did, but now I understand things a lot better and am better equipped for the next time I need body work done. It is clear that Brad values customer safety, happiness, and empowerment over everything else and I am very grateful that I could work with him during such a difficult time for me!

Thank you so much for getting my car done so quickly! I was so surprised when it got done earlier than I expected in time for be to drive back home for Thanksgiving! My car looks great. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who would send me updates and talked to me about my car when I originally dropped it off, but he was so kind and helpful!! There is overspray on one of my wheels, there are cracks in the paint under the hood, there are small sections on the edges on the hood where I can see black. My car is white. The front bumper also has spots that are black where not enough paint was used If I had to guess.

Brad is a consummate professional. Always courteous and transparent. Speaking with him, you quickly learn that he has years of experience. Also he has pride in what his doing and wants to please the customer. I thought I had a ding on the car that wasn’t there before. He showed me pictures he had taken, the day I checked in.
