Though I'm pleased with the staff, I'm not satisfied with a 10 day estimate to take nearly two months. Michael's hands were tied because of a broken supply chain for a window. I'll be very hesitant to bring my vehicle back. The Dealership is supposed to be the best service, parts, and people. This was a relationship I was hoping to foster with my first Lincoln, but it seems I will have to go elsewhere in the future.
