New rear bumper installed on visible vertical scratches in paint underneath license plate. Stearing wheel is not aligned in 12 o’clock position. Interior of car is covered in thick layer of dust, and has an odor to the interior.

No need to call me. The car was not clean and ready when I arrived. It was supposedly ready to go on Friday at 5pm. I wasn’t able to make it there that day, and then the winter storm hit. I picked it up on Wednesday afternoon (and believe the shop was open some of the days in between so plenty of time to clean). I called to let you know I was coming 30 mins in advance. The car was in the drive when I arrived but still needed some work to finish cleaning the outside (not just dirt but maybe grease or other markings near the repair work). I realized I needed gas in the rental so was gone for 20 mins. When I retuned the outside was clean but then I opened the tailgate and the interior was filthy. I had to wait another 10 mins for it to be cleaned. It was much cleaner, but there was still some dirt on the seat back. I had waited long enough so I took it as it was.

I recently had some repairs done on my car and they did an absolutely excellent job. The staff was fantastic from start to finish and were incredibly helpful, professional and truly went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.
