John was great, the epitome of customer service. My car on the other hand has a paint smudge which quite frankly baffles me. I'm disappointed.

John did an outstanding job communicating car updates. Really appreciate His honesty and professionalism when due date was a little longer than expected. He did a great job setting our expectations....something rare in today's world of customer service. I would recommend platinum auto body to my neighbors and friends should they need this service.
