Communication was great and updates via text. They were very pleasant to work with and pretty efficient. There were a couple of things that needed to be retouched upon pick up and im still waiting on a part that unfortunately the manufacture doesnt make anymore. In the meantime they did put something so water wouldnt get into the vehicle and will be looking forward to hearing back so that can be finalized.

Did a great job on the hood and bumper, but curbed my front left rim. Scuffed the headlight after reinstalling, and messed up a chip and made it look worse. I'm torn.

I have used platinum many times in the past but this has to be the worst experience from a service perspective …ther was a significant lack of communication , lack of follow up, lack of care was extremely disappointing….. platinum’s process single threads the repairs thru one point of contact providing unnecessary delays and extra costs.
