What I can say is that from the very first day you arrive, the service is pleasant and easy to understand; they know how to clearly explain the nature of the damage, and they also give you a realistic estimate of how long your vehicle will need to stay there. In my case, I was pleasantly surprised, as the damage was extensive, yet they completed the repairs in just a couple of weeks—when it really should have taken a month. I am very satisfied with the service—10 out of 10!
