The customer service was absolutely top-notch. Tina was in regular communication with me throughout the process. When one of the parts was on long-term backorder, she went out of her way to find it, searching every possible outlet she could think of and was very apologetic even though the situation was completely out of her control.

From my sons voicemail when he picked up his car All I'm saying is platinum does not **** around. I literally went back in my car and there was some, bro, they literally vacuumed the entire side and wiped down all the dirt. It literally looks brand new. These guys don't **** around. They do not **** around, bro. Holy gun. No wonder you chose platinum because these guys put belt to eye just doing this car. It's like a brand new spanking car, bro. They clean the entire inside for me. all trash today I had in here has been Cleaned
