I think the overall workmanship was great even with the issues found. Concerns of items not privy to most people are present and I'm glad I went to the level of inspection I did. Communication could be better as to status of repairs and timelines as it seems I had to do the inquiring for answers. All in all we are happy with the product and would definitely use you again as well as refer you to others. Thank you.

Understanding not everything is caught before delivery there were items that were obvious enough to have been noticed prior to handing over to the customer. Also some items not necessarily privy to most people were found by me and had I not had that knowledge they would have been left that way. Understand overall I am very pleased with the workmanship even with these issues.

I had some things that were not complete but you guys are taking care of it. I only go to platinum for body work and I am always satisfied.

I liked the work that was done on my car and the cutesy weekly text messages but when it mattered most, I didn't get any notice that the repairs were delayed or when it would be ready, until after I had called to confirm pickup. Only after I called to get more information on availability did I get a text telling me what I had already found out.
