Great service and customer communicatons. Work with Geico to make car rental better. Everything with car rental was great, except I left a gas tank with about 1/2 tank of gas I paid for. Need to have a way for Enterpise to give a gift card or something to compensate renter....Enterprise said they could not give me credit because Geico was paying for it. Cookies were nice, but too much gas money left on the table..

I don't recall ever having a more pleasant experience with any type of service for any of my cars. I felt certain from the time I dropped my car off that it would be serviced with the upmost professionalism. Just walking in the door you know that Platinum is a well run operation.
