Someone should give Tina a raise. Out of all the places I called, she was the only one that was helpful, explained the process to me, and went out of here way to work with the insurance to get my car ready before I went on my trip. She was always proactive in her emails and really went above and beyond to help and to assist me. I would come back to Platinum on the simple fact of working with her and trusting that she would do her best to make me whole. She is an exceptional rep for your company.

EVERYONE was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. From the receptionist to my technician who assessed the damage to my car. Finished product of my car is beautiful! and you even were able to remove the "stickiness" out of the inside of the car as well!

Top notch customer service, follow up and follow through. They even accommodated a paint-less dent removal last minute for me. The work was perfect and the experience was amazing. Not to mention they were substantially less than my other quote and were able to get me in and complete the work in half the time estimated by their competitor.
