They went above and beyond to let me know that one of then turn signal light had moisture inside and if I can provide the item, they can replace free of labor charge. Not only that, they also replaced the front Honda emblem that I provided free of charge. Great work.

I wanted to say that we were so happy with the work that your skillful craftsman did to repair our Subaru. We could not be happier with the results. There were two issues, on the other hand that were not good experiences. First, I called to check on the car which was completed. I was disappointed that nobody reached out to us by call, email or text to let us know that we could make arrangements to pick up the vehicle. Second, when I spoke to the attendant on the phone, I wish that they had informed me to bring a check. I was not aware of the 3% charge for credit/debit and could have been spared the extra expense if the had said something to me at that moment. That was more than an additional $100 I could have avoided. Barring those two issues, the work on the car was exceptional.

It is my hope that I do not need auto damage repair, but if I do, I will not allow anyone else but Powhatan Collision and Glass to fix my truck.
