I almost didn’t recognize my car after the repairs were done. It looked like a brand new car in the show room! The repair estimate was precise in terms of parts and labor, and the repairs were done on a timely manner. Customer service was excellent from the get go! People are very nice and keep you updated. Only 2 issues: (1) price increased by $1100 because of estimating errors and (2) the person who would update me on status could not really tell me when the car should be ready, even when in final stages. All worked out, but more accuracy in those 2 areas would help with planning. Original estimate of how long it would take was like 3 weeks for not that huge a job. Seemed really long from prior experience. Turned out to be closer to 2 weeks so glad for that at least.
