Caliber kept me updated every step of the way. They said it would be done by a certain time and it would have been had my insurance company not insisted they use aftermarket parts on a new Palisade. Caliber told them they wouldn’t fit but to satisfy Farmers, they still had to order them, paint them and make an attempt to “get them to fit somehow” while documenting it with pictures. Caliber refused to “make it fit somehow” because it would have affected the final appearance of my vehicle. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that they looked out for me. They did the right thing from start to finish. Ms. Gwen, Penny and Kevin, thank you so much.

2nd time I've had a car repaired at this Caliber location. Used a different Caliber last time because this location had a wait but wound up wishing I had waited. This location does quality work and is worth the wait!

After my 4Runner was involved in an accident, Caliber Collision made the repair process so much easier. They were incredibly informative and kept me updated with daily text messages, so I always knew exactly where things stood. Coordinating with the other driver’s insurance was a headache, but the team at Caliber was patient, helpful, and guided me through the process. They answered my questions, made sure everything was handled correctly, and took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. The repairs turned out great, and my 4Runner looks fantastic.
