Alan at the auto body shop went above and beyond for us. He kept us in the loop every step of the way with constant updates, which made the whole process so much less stressful. What really stood out was the extra effort he put in to make sure our car was finished in time for my daughter’s out-of-town trip. That level of care and dedication is hard to find. Highly recommend!
