Customer service was going great with frequent communication from Allen. Was told it was ready. Arrived to pick up vehicle and the new bumper had never been painted. Allen seemed surprised that I declined this work as finished. Clearly, the truck arrived with a painted bumper. Why would I expect anything less? Seemed quite fishy. Allen did quickly get it painted and ready for pick up. While I am satisfied with the quality of work, I am very dissatisfied that an unpainted bumper was presented to me as “finished.” Disappointing.
