A quien le pueda interesar: Quiero dar las gracias por la hospitalidad y la gran apoyo que me brindaron cuando mi carro estuvo en su agencia, todo fue excelente y con great amabilidad y respeto la persona que me atendió fue muy agradable y amable me explicó to do o paso por paso lo que iban hacer con mi carro la señora de al frente muy amable me ayudó a buscar lo que necesitaba cuando volví a recoger mi carro quedó tal como ella me dijo le estoy agradecida por el excelente trabajo, me lo entregaron el día exacto que me dijeron! Les recomiendo ese lugar a ojos cerrados

No follow ups, had to call to check if my car was ready then had to call to check if my frames for my license plates were ready after they told me they’d reach out. Grease stains left on my seat- white interior, told me they’d take care of just to say it’s my jeans or dirty already but I was inquiring about actual oil stains. Body work was decent and also not happy about some rock chips they tried charging me another $280 for that I also hadn’t noticed. Overall lack of communication and follow through was disappointing. First and last time taking my vehicle here and will be sharing.

The work was done and thank you but my passenger side tire was almost flat and my battery was not even connected I know we are just numbers and invoices but those 2 things were simple and at a minimum should have been cought before pick up
