We used Precision in the past and had no problems, great service, knowledgeable assistance. But this time was pretty terrible and caused us to spend extra money on rental cars. We carefully planned with the Precision team on repairs to avoid this but lack of communication caused issues. Joyce was very helpful in working to fix the issues.
