I appreciated: 1) the repairs did not begin until they knew when the parts would be available to help ensure I didn't go over the rental time, 2) the texts giving updates on the progress of my car, 3) being able to pick up & drop off the Enterprise rental car at Precision Auto (saved a lot of time!), & 4) the insurance process/payment was seamless.
