The overall experience was great. But the only thing that was not satisfactory was that it took too long. Chan and Bryan did a good job on my car, it looks amazing. I am satisfied!!

I had a great experience with the Precision Auto Body. The quality of work was impressive, and I specifically commend Chantel and the Auto mechanic Ryan or Brian for their exceptional customer service. They were friendly and attentive throughout the process. However, I would have rated my experience a 10 if the repair had been shorter, waiting two weeks without a vehicle was quite challenging, and the cost of the rental was higher than I expected.
