I would recommend it again. The work was done on time and done well. There was some customer service weaknesses but maybe they were just having an off day.

Office staff were ok on the phone but in person not very customer oriented. Entered the office and nobody really addressed me or seemed interested in helping. Found myself standing around while they did their work. As if I was interrupting their real work by coming to pick up my car.

Bumper was not properly fastened and I had to return after repairs were finished. Staff was arrogant that I asked someone to look at car with me and never apologized for my inconvenience. Sad way to run a business.

The rear view mirror was not aligned with right side mirror. It appeared to be installed incorrectly. You can visually see the difference. Please call so I can bring the car back to you. Thanks. Rich Derickson.

They were very accommodating,but I was disappointed that I had to wait 6 weeks to have it done & then they took a week longer than they said, I had told them that I would be out of town for my biggest sale of the year, & they promised me it would be finished. It wasn't ant I had to turn in my car rental before I left and that was problematic as I had to get a ride to & from the airport (my car was finished 2 days after I left.
