Those that I interacted with were very nice. But the entire system from voicemail to voicemail greeting two phone calls to SMS messages is all designed to not let you talk to anyone. You can't press zero you have to know what extension extension is a complicated and it's very clear that you have no desire to speak to anyone and it makes it very difficult to do business with you
