Excellent work, great people to work with and they keep you in the loop all along the way. This time it was the back of the car and it looks better than new. Two years ago it was the side of car and when done it was like it never happened. When you pick up the car it looks like it was completely detailed. Thanks again.

i brought my 2021 Toyota Highlander in after a hit-and-run accident damaged the rear. From the initial estimate to completion, the team at Precision Auto Body was professional, communicative, and thorough. They worked directly with my insurance to handle the claim smoothly and focused on getting the repairs done to factory standards using quality parts. The car looks excellent now — better than I expected after the damage. They even detailed it nicely before I picked it up. If you’re in the West Hills/Reseda area and need reliable body work (especially on a Toyota or any vehicle), this is the shop to choose. Family-owned with strong certifications for high-end repairs, but they treat every car with care. Thank you to Sarah for keeping me updated throughout the process.

The repair was great. I am a bit disappointed that the vehicle was not available at the scheduled pick-up time. (I received a call the day before to schedule the time, and I could just as easily have scheduled a later time, so the impetus was from Precision Auto Body, not me.)
