I'm very happy with the work Precision Auto did on my truck. Excellenf results! The truck looks brand new after sustaining a good amount of damage along the passenger side. The entire experience went smoothly. Everyone was very professional. I was kept informed of the progress and my truck was done in the amount of time they expressed to me. Kim was very nice to deal with, I called at the end of the 2nd week to see if it was ready and it wasn't (they were waiting for parts) and she knew I was disappointed but she was very nice explaining to me. She also asked if I needed to rent a car! She was very pleasant through the entire process!
