In my case, I felt like they took all the trouble out of everything by dealing with the insurance company. I dropped my car off and it was radio silence for about a week and a half. Effortless, but also super responsive when I called. I do, however, think a check in on a weekly basis would be helpful, even if by text or email, just to give an update on where things stand. That’s a small suggestion however. They were able to give me my car back before I went on vacation although super low staff, which I appreciate
