We were quoted a week and a half for the repair. Seven weeks later, we got our car back. Repairs were done very professionally and with very high-quality. We were very disappointed in the amount of communication we received. I understand products were backordered and they were busy after a hail storm, but we were seldom kept in the loop throughout the entire process. We did get multiple updates saying it would be done within the week but when we called back the following Monday, we were told otherwise. Volume of business and backorders should never be a reason for poor customer service. This was our fourth experience with this repair shop and it has never been like this in the past.

We did not get notified when the car was not ready on the date stated, twice. Other than this, we appreciate our car being looked at well to find the additional damage and fixing it. The staff are always friendly and nice. That is why we continue to come to Precision.

My car looked brand new when I picked it up! The outside looked pristine and I was also delighted at how clean the inside was! I was not expecting that and really appreciate how well it was cleaned - incredible! Thank you so much!

We set up to have the windshield replaced while the car was there for 1.5 weeks. This was not done. We were then told we would receive a call the next day to set up a time to bring the car back in. It's going on a week and we still haven't heard back. Overall very disappointed on how this was handled.

I've used your business several times in the past and was pleased with results. This time could not get a loaner vehicle. Was told multiple times when the car was supposed to be done. Kept getting pushed back for weeks. There was at least 3 delays. You shouldn't be giving dates out to be finished and keep pushing it back. Car was returned but there is whistling when driving it after new door installed. Just feel your customer service and quality work has declined. My truck was just rear ended but I won't be getting an estimate from you after this last experience.
