When I picked up my Buick Encore after repairs were completed, it looked great inside & out. The interior looked as clean as it did when I bought it 2 years ago. The outside looked perfect too! If I ever have to get ANYTHING repaired in the future i will insist on having it done at Precision Body & Frame. & will recommend their Shop to all my friends & family!

The car looked great when I received it but it took a month for minimal damages to be fixed. Over a week just for an estimate on the minimal damages. Just took way too long. Everyone was friendly though!

Was told it would be done Wednesday but never got a call telling me that wasn’t accurate. Had to call to find out it would be Friday. Same thing happened Friday no call to inform me it wouldn’t be done til Saturday

Precision did a superb job fixing my car. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them should another similar need arise. The only concern I have answering this only one week after picking it up is that there may arise an unexpected problem. I would have preferred to answer this satisfaction question about one month after picking the car up.

My experience with Precision Body and Frame was absolutely superb! After zero issues with my trusty Subaru for almost 10 years, I was involved in TWO split-second accidents in hazardous winter conditions, only one month apart. Although I was only found at fault for one of the accidents, I was extremely embarrassed to even bring my vehicle in for inspection. On both occasions, the entire staff remained kind, courteous, and gave me realistic expectations of repair estimates. The team was able to repair all damage in one repair session, which was completed in 4 days - instead of the estimated 5 - with daily updates regarding the progress of the repairs. I highly recommend Precision Body and Frame to anyone seeking collision repair!

We were pleased with the work, however there was a lengthy wait between the date of our estimate until the date we could schedule our car to be worked on (about 3 months). If the car had not been drivable we would have struggled with this and looked at alternatives. In addition, our vehicle was delayed in getting back to us by about 2 additional weeks. Had we not had back-up vehicles to use, this would have been an inconvenience as well. We do understand that this is likely the case in most repair shops right now though too.
