The schedule was different than originally planned and I found out threw texts. When the schedule went from 1 week to a 1.5 weeks I should have been called to talk through that.

I will return as a customer ( have another vehicle) at Precision for body work/paint at present time. I will recommend Precision Body and Frame to family and friends. I felt the estimates I received were fair and this Shop is an approved vendor for my auto insurance company.

Overall , the body work, paint and related look as good as new. The detailing was also very well done. Electronic/email updates are not very informative. When I originally brought in the vehicle, was told it would take 3-4 days to complete. That was too optimistic and I would suggest telling the customer up front if delays have occurred and a more realistic timeline, we all know there are circumstances that are beyond the Shop’s control. Precision offers courtesy vehicles . Staff if friendly, courteous and I will be a return customer.
