Car was supposed to be ready on Tuesday, someone said they would call but didn't. I called Wednesday someone said they would call but didn't. I didn't hear from them on Thursday, so I called late afternoon. Car was done, but nobody called to let me know. I asked for a ping on the side to get fixed and it was overlooked.
