We dropped our car off on a Monday and were told we'd have it early the following week. It was Friday before it was done. No one had the courtesy to call and tell us of the delay. When I called, I was spoken to in a rude manner, and obviously the employee I spoke with simply did not care or take any responsibility. What started with a good experience dealing with Bob went completely down hill. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service and will share my experience with others.
