When I first came in a man was at the desk with his head down. I waited patiently for him to finish whatever he was doing. When he looked up he cocked his head at me and I was like oh I'm looking to get an estimate. Gave me a clip board and I went to sit on their stained up chairs. I was told a date then when it came to time there was no vehicle, so the date go pushed out another two weeks. I said I would take a hit and just not have a vehicle for the week if they could get it done. The day I dropped it off another couple was there getting a rental. I stood in office waiting for my turn. Once Bob was done he looked over at my daughter who would have been 3rd in line. I said she is with me and we're trying to drop off my vehicle. The job was supposed to be done by the following Monday. It was not done till the week after Wednesday, which I told him I would need a rental if it was not done by Monday. That didn't happen. The work looks great but service not so much.

Took twice as long as told would be. First week was ultimate conversation that the vehicle was to be gone at the end of the week. The whole next week ZERO communication on the status of the vehicle. Had to call twice to see what was going on. And again was told 5 days and it took 9 and that is business days

The quality was amazing. I did not have extensive damage but was able to get it repaired and returned in a timely manor. They were able to keep to the schedule and are pleasant to work with.
