Not happy at all! Service means courtesy call with quote increase, and if touch ups need paint vs. Paintless dent removal then you make that call as well!

The back cab corner has dents remaining. We discussed during pickup. I will call Bob to schedule a time repair. Insurance company called today 9/2 and confirmed it was approved. Also sun roof sounds like it is leaking air. When going through car was I didn’t have any water enter the cab but air shot in when going through the dryers at Tommy’s car wash. I think that needs further review and adjustments.
