Precision Body and Service-South Hills is both an automotive and commercial body shop with 2 separate buildings with each having their own focus. The first building specializes in commercial or oversized vehicles. With the capabilities to repair campers, RVs, tractors, trailers, and any other specialty pieces of equipment. The second building with 2 paint booths focuses on automotive from everything to a quick bumper replacement to a full repair after a major accident. We have worked with our customers for years to ensure they get their vehicles back safely, timely, and to the same quality before the accident. We provide continuous communications to alert our customers the status of their vehicles and work with all insurance companies or people paying out of pocket (to handle all of your collision repair needs). Lastly, we offer towing services to our customers and tow for multiple local municipalities.

From start to finish, my experience with Mike Gordon and Precision Body & Service was stellar in the area of customer service. I contacted him and received an email requesting additional information immediately. After getting the information to Mike and requesting that the motorhome be returned on or before June14th due to a trip we are taking the upcoming week, Mike was able to come oblige my request. I received updates throughout the process of it getting repaired and it was ready 2 days ahead of schedule.
