The quality of the repairs appears to be excellent. I have no complaints. I was pleased with the process of working with Precision Auto. All was good and I have only positive things to report. If you’re looking for any areas of improvement, it would be feedback during the repair process With the supply chain problems throughout the country, Precision Auto is at the mercy of suppliers. This adds an extra burden of communicating delays to the customer. I think that they probably could incorporate a process to get back to customers proactively when delays occur. Again, this is not a complaint just an area that could’ve been better
