I’ve used the shop 2x before and always been happy with my service. This experience felt egregious. I was failed on every level and only received an apology after I showed up in person expressing my frustration for how I’d been treated. I didn’t even call the shop about the tire pressure sensor not working properly after the repair. They have lost my trust. It’s a shame because they have completed around $15,000 in repairs to my vehicles in the last 3 years. I would think I’m a valuable customer but I was not treated as such.

The first time I drove the car after the repair the rear driver’s side tire got a flat. The tire pressure warning system did not alert. Another motorist pulled up next to us on the freeway to let us know about the tire. When we pulled over the tire pressure was at 7. We had to stop and fill the tire every 50 miles. Repairing the tire and the warning system was $100.

The shop had my vehicle for 7 weeks and 3 days. In that time they failed to communicate with me. The only communication we had was when I reached out to them. I was told things like, “we have lots of other cars we’re working on,” and “when I have to step out of the garage to answer your calls I can’t be working on your car.” I was made to feel as if I was being unreasonable. It’s not unreasonable to expect repairs to be completed efficiently and delays to be communicated promptly.

The repairs seem to be ok customer service was poor. When I picked up the vehicle, the customer service was very good, of course that was when I was bringing the $500.00 deductable with me.

I realize you may get very busy at times but no one bothered to explain to me why the repair was taking so long. When I enquired about when it would be finished, I was given a 30 day plus estimate with a "take it or leave it" attitude from you. Very short, and curt replies. Very poor customer relations.

I've used Precision Body a few times now and I've never been disappointed. They are professional, friendly and do absolute beautiful work. I highly recommend them if you're looking for any kind of body work.
