Repair seems good. Took way too long. We waited from February until August for the part, when another shop said they could get it sooner.

Took way too long. We waited from February until August for the part, when another shop said they could get it sooner. My team and I had to initiate contact for most of the updates. The shop received the part, but did not inform us until we reached out a week later. There was additional damage on the vehicle with a different claim number, the shop went ahead and ordered parts for the additional repair without authorization, and expected us to postpone that repair until the other claim could be done

Precision was extremely efficient and everyone was friendly and customer focused. They really take pride in their work. I worked with Hermes, who was awesome to deal with, very personable and informative. I especially liked the updates through text.
