I did not meet anyone except the front office personnel. But they were nice and efficient. However, when I went in , both taking my car and picking my car up, none of the 3 people were masked and the distance between them behind the desk and me in front of the desk was not 6 feet. Although this made me uncomfortable, it is not unusual in Lubbock and I remained masked, gloved and used my own pen to sign papers. Many people in Lubbock either do not believe in the severity of the Corona-19 virus nor the necessity of masking/distancing in spite of the daily #s from the Health Department. Some don’t even believe those numbers to be true.

The work quality seems good. I would recommend based on that. I would just warn anyone to add a full week to their initial repair estimate, and don't trust the daily repair updates they send.
