My car was at this shop for three weeks. When I picked it up, no one mentioned that it had sustained hail damage—including a cracked windshield. I had to discover that on my own. When I contacted them about it, they casually acknowledged the damage and even admitted they had pictures of it. Why wasn’t I told right away? They had my car, they had proof of the damage, and yet no one thought to notify me. Now I’m left starting from scratch with a new insurance claim—something that could have been handled quickly and transparently if they’d communicated. This isn’t just a frustrating inconvenience; it’s a failure in basic customer service. If you’re trusting someone with your vehicle, the bare minimum should be honest communication—especially when damage occurs on their watch.

Overall it was a great an easy experience. Not as much communication as I would have liked but Iwhen I would wonder I just called and they answered my questions. Was definitely a quicker and smoother experience than I had with Lubbock collision Center that's for sure. Thanks for the rapid and great service PrecisionBW!
