You can’t remove scratches and make something work if they damage it cuz you will just get charged more if you take it back

After repeatedly telling multiple individuals that we did not live local to Lubbock but the car was there due to being unable to drive after a not at fault wreck they failed to communicate. The moved the completion day 3 times and did not call to inform us. We found out by calling them to double check. They said they called but neither phone on record had missed calls or voicemails. This one the 3 occasions caused additional stress due to having already purchased a plane ticket and returned a rental car because again we don't live local. The last exchange was at 4:30pm on a Friday when we were literally at the airport waiting to fly out. We approved a family member to pick up the keys and HE not yall- informed us the car was not ready. After we finally got the car and got back home the air conditioner- which was worked on due to the damage, doesn't work. It's 106 degrees and the option we were given was to drive the 5 hours back to you. It's incredibly frustrating, we lost money having to cancel and rebook flights not to mention missing work on all those occasions.

My car does not go into reverse like it used to. Almost like someone forced the shifter. Although I have no proof. My car does not feel the same.

My truck was repaired before the date it was supposed to be complete. Happy with the results. The front desk was compatable and friendly both when I checked in and when I checked out. Will use again, if needed.
