Im just a little bit frustrated that PBW is giving me updates that parts for the car is available and there is a target date for pick up and suddenly they will tell me that these updates that they are sending to my email is computer generated. Definitely there would be a person typing and sending these messages. And it takes so long for the car repair. But I am still grateful for the job you have done for my car. Hopefully next time, you can do better giving information to your customer and how fast you can finish the repair.
