My car still has a lot of issues and looks as if they put used parts on and tried to make it look fixed/presentable . My AC does not work probably now; it will blow Cold and all of a sudden start blowing just regular air. My hood is off track . They Said they did an alignment but it definitely pulls while I’m driving and I can see my steering wheel is not even . Said my hubcap was changed but never was. I can hear a click noise when I turn at times like it’s coming from my front end

Not satisfied with Liberty Mutual not allowing body shop to fully repair the damaged paint on the side left mirror. The mirror hit the other vehicle and was damaged. My insurance rate has increase because of this accident and my vehicle was not approved to be fully repaired. Not happy with Liberty Mutual, but the shop did the best it could do.
