All the people I talked to about scheduling and getting a rental vehicle while mine was down were very helpful. They explained how the rental worked with Enterprise and I was 100% sure I had picked the best repair shop . I would recommend Precision Collision at Paris, IL to anyone that needs body repairs on a vehicle. Due to a mechanical problem I had to cancel the first appointment and reschedule and they did that with no problem.

The employees I talked to were all most helpful in getting my vehicle fixed. I had one appointment scheduled and had to cancel as the water pump went out and we had to get it fixed. I then stopped by and got my appointment for repairs rescheduled. I am glad they deal with Enterprise for the rental as they brought me a very nice SUV that was comparable in size to what I drive. The procedure of giving them info for the rental was easy too. Bottom line, I was very pleased with Precision Collison. They were great. Vehicle looks fantastic.
