Precision company did great job of updating status 2-3 times per week. Only item missing on their projections was estimated date of completion - but as weeks passed they were accurate on completion date. If they were allowed to order parts before car was dropped off it likely would have saved a week or more time

Though the actual repair took a while it was not due to Precision it was due to manufacture and insurance company.

Really like everybody at the shop the only issue I had is I had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. When I did that they were extremely responsive.
