I think there were missed opportunities to communicate either on the phone, email or texts about the problems involved with getting parts. There were times I reached out through phone or email requesting contact and it didn’t happen. The texts repeatedly stated the car would be ready for pickup in the 12/19 and we were counting on having here at Christmas when our adult children would be home. The cost of renting was also affected. I appreciated the conversation at pick up about part delays.

Incomplete rear end not accelerating correctly wheel alignment or bad tire. They removed my cooper evolution new tire, I have a warranty They did not replace it. They chose a used cooper tire. My driver mirror was not repaired. The list goes on

When I excelerate my back wheels not pulling fast. My seat starts shaking. It feels like my wheel alignment maybe off. I like to return my truck and let them drive it

Not happy. They changed my new tires coopers evolution I had 3 evolution and 1 cooper there different please return my Coopers evolution tire I have a warranty if it's defective

The staff was courteous and did a good job. After I picked up my car and left the lot my car emgine light came on and I returned to the shop immediately. They called a remote site to have the car recalibratef and the problem was resolved.

Got the repairs done so I had my car back before the weekend. That was very important to me. Kept me informed of the status of repairs and called me to get approval of additional required work before doing that work. Great customer service and quality job. Hard to find these days.
